A shop-vac gets the visible puddle. Our Water Extraction process is built for what's still soaking into materials underneath, which is where the real damage lives.

We measure extraction success with a moisture meter against a dry baseline, not by how the surface looks or feels, since a floor can appear dry while the material underneath stays saturated.
We'd rather explain the water extraction process clearly upfront than have you find out the hard way what a shortcut costs later.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when water extraction gets handled by a generalist instead of a specialist.
Commercial extraction units outpull portable equipment on every surface type we work with.
We test multiple points across the affected area before calling extraction complete.
Local staging near DuPont cuts the wait between your call and equipment arriving.
The quote reflects the actual square footage and severity, not a per-gallon meter running up.
We don't treat water extraction as a single generic task — each piece of the process below gets its own specific approach.
We clear the obvious water fast, then go after what's still trapped in materials.
Specialized wands lift water between boards without forcing moisture deeper into the wood.
Pad gets extracted independently from the carpet surface, since it retains water far longer.
Slab surfaces absorb and release moisture on a different timeline than wood subfloor.
We flag salvageable contents before starting so you're not guessing what to keep.
A final moisture sweep confirms target levels were actually reached before we leave.
Four steps, no guesswork, from your first call to a verified water extraction result.
You call +1-844-578-1604 and a live dispatcher takes the details of your Water Extraction need, not a voicemail system.
Crews staged locally get to your address quickly, equipment already loaded for Water Extraction work.
The assessment sets the whole plan, so we don't rush it even when the visible damage looks minor.
A job isn't closed on a visual check — it's closed on a verified reading.
These reviews come from real water extraction calls, not a curated highlight reel.
"They pulled water from between our hardwood boards without warping them further, which I honestly didn't think was possible."
Jasper L., DuPont"They tested pad separately from carpet, which caught moisture I would've missed entirely."
Rosalind P., DuPont"Extraction from our finished basement slab was handled with a completely different approach than I expected, and they explained why."
Micah S., DuPont"The pad testing caught moisture the carpet surface alone never would have revealed."
Fernanda Q., DuPont"They walked me through exactly what the moisture meter was reading at each stage."
Zora P., DuPontIf your question about water extraction isn't covered here, call +1-844-578-1604 and we'll walk you through it directly.
Our water extraction coverage spans 98327, with crews positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
Coverage extends past the immediate area, so an outlying DuPont address isn't treated as a lower priority for water extraction.
If you're unsure whether your address falls in our water extraction service area, just call — we'll confirm quickly rather than making you guess.
